The views from Bristol Dog Field are exhilarating.

With a 180 degree panoramic view of Bristol right in front of you. The Clifton Suspension Bridge, Avon Gorge and River, Cathedral and many more landmarks are easily visible. You can also see the 2 Bridges crossing the Severn on a clear day.

Night views are breathtaking too and the park is open from 5 AM to 10 PM

For the dogs, there are approximately 4.5 Acres off fields to run around and explore, all enclosed by 1.8 Meter deer fencing.

By working closely with our planning and environmental consultants, we are incredibly pleased to announce a plus 65% biodiversity rating for the site. This has been achieved by double planting 120M of hedging, giving wildlife a secure and safe hideaway, creating a sizeable pond and dog swimming area with associated water plants, planting of over 20 native tree species, forming bridged ditches for water catchment, heating our dog shower by solar without batteries!, running a water harvesting scheme from rainfall and our dog shower and by planting large wild flower meadows.

The bottom part of Bristol Dog Field is kept mown and is ideal for training purposes, recall, games with balls or frisbees and has a large area of agility equipment. Dog Henge, Jumps, Triangle climbs, high walks, adventure house, Tire Mountain, Slalom Sticks and Tunnels etc, etc.

The higher part of our field is left totally to nature except for the mown pathways running around the ditches and bridges. Here you will find the best viewing site with a large, covered picnic table. (Please take all your rubbish home!)

In this area we also have a superb variety of wildflowers, newly planted native trees, small areas of thicket, a great area for dog sniffing and relaxing!
